Transferring your donor monitoring and reporting to Bell Donor Management couldn’t be easier. We aim to make the transition as smooth as possible and our team are here to support you every step of the way.
Step 1: The first step is to take your historic donor records, cleanse the data and import into our system.
Step 2: We can then discuss your reporting requirements to ensure your donor data expectations are fully met.
Step 3: Once we have your authorisation, we will liaise with the PGA’s to ensure that we receive the disbursement reports each month to effectively reconcile your donors.
Step 4: If we are managing the communication process for you, we would need a supply of your headed paper and wording to be used, along with any literature that you would like to include with the thank you letter.
